Spider-Man: Web of Shadows immerse players in an all-new action-adventure saga that gives them unprecedented control, never before seen in a Spider-Man game. One of the biggest focuses for the game is on giving the player a great combat experience. To that end combat has been rebuilt from previous games with fluidity of motion and player creativity in mind. The player can now rack up huge combos (yes, with multipliers) on the ground or in the air, and do other transitions like swing kicking an enemy on the ground into a wall, then continuing the battle all the way up the side of the building. Yes, wall combat.

When a deadly symbiote invasion devastates the streets of New York City, only Spider-Man can seize control and bring salvation to the city. From the game's direction to Spider-Man's destiny, Spider-Man: Web of Shadows puts control in the gamer's hands.
